Handcrafted in Portugal from waste from the food industry - olive pits from Portuguese mills.

Thermal pads have therapeutic effects, and must be previously heated in the microwave or placed in the cold, before use, to relieve muscle pain, menstrual pain, neck/back pain, breast pain derived from breastfeeding, newborn colic, sprains or tendinitis, massage or muscle relaxation.

The heat from the therapeutic olive pit cushion (thermotherapy) increases tissue temperature, helping to relieve menstrual pain and the psychological stress caused by pain. 

Indicated for those who experience uncomfortable menstrual pain a few days before, during or after menstruation

How to use: Heat in the microwave (600W) for 1 minute on each side (2min max.) and place on the abdomen or back.  If you place it in the fridge, use a plastic bag or similar to prevent the fabric from getting wet.

Can be used by all people. The small size is adapted to the baby.
